XXI and 24H01 are mooks ( between magazines and books). The first one is french and was created in 2008 by Patrick de Saint-Exupéry and Laurent Beccaria. 24H01 is belgian and was created in 2013.

The Mook’s spirit is simple: 100% high quality investigative journalism, photography and comic strip without advertisements.

In 2011, I had the great honor to publish “The kids of the Unit 33″ in XXI  and”God Loves Gay” in 24H01 in 2014. These Mooks show the need to give readers high quality journalism respecting time for investigations. Something that journalism lost due to the Internet. If you can speak french I strongly recommend you to read both of them. It is just the essence of perfect journalism.
